SOUTHINGTON, Ohio – The Paws Lodge will celebrate its opening with a ribbon cutting at 10 a.m. Thursday.
The family-owned business officially opened its doors at 3742 U.S. Route 422 in August.
The Paws Lodge provides a safe, fun and affordable place for dogs and cats to be cared for while their owners are away, at work or otherwise unable to be with their pets, a news release states.
“We love our own animals, and because we live on-site, we can treat all dogs and cats like they are our own,” said Lisa Skoczen of The Paws Lodge. “This is a place where we can take dogs and cats that have any temperament, and we will love them and keep them safe and happy.”
