LISBON, Ohio – Stage Left Players will bring back its original holiday musical “Jingle My Bell!” for six performances beginning this weekend.
Performances will take place at 7 p.m. Dec. 6-7 and 13-14, and 2 p.m. Dec. 8 and 15 at Trinity Playhouse, 234 E. Lincoln Way.
Set in 1956, “Jingle My Bell!” takes place inside DeeDee & Dave’s Diner during a Christmas Eve blizzard that strands a busload of passengers. The audience becomes part of the story as the passengers enjoy laughter, holiday music classics and camaraderie in the lighthearted show.
While the diner serves up festive cheer and songs like “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Let It Snow” and “Winter Wonderland,” local health inspector Floyd Knickerbocker arrives, threatening to shake things up. Will DeeDee and Dave be able to save their diner in time for Christmas?
Tickets can be purchased at the door and in advance HERE.
