The Update | Youngstown Music Producer Publishes Book; Christmas Lights at Winery; Food Tours at Stark House

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Youngstown-based songwriter, producer and music consultant Jere B (Jerry Beulah) has published his first book, “The Path of the EntreMusician: Nine Keys to Unlock Your Mindset, Discipline & Focus.” It’s available through Amazon and at theentremusician.com.

“This book is for entrepreneurial musicians who must balance music business skills alongside their creative talents, a feat which is growing more difficult as this industry continues to morph into the metaverse, crypto and other Web 3 ventures,” Beulah said. “The technology may change, but the nine keys outlined in this book are foundational for any musician at every level.”

Jere B’s experience in the music business has led him and his band, SounDoctrine, into the top 10 on Billboard’s contemporary jazz chart. The band released six albums, and its music was often played on The Weather Channel in the mid-2000s.

Beulah has toured internationally and produced recordings for several regional artists. He started The EntreMusician Podcast during the pandemic. He also produces and hosts “Artist Impact,” an Armstrong cable television show that airs weekly on Neighborhood channel 100.

His consulting work has culminated in several online workshops and music-related courses based upon the principles outlined in his book.
Jere B will appear on WFMJ-TV 21’s “Community Connection with Madonna Chism Pinkard” show on Christmas morning.
