HERMITAGE, Pa. – The Hermitage Planning Commission has recommended approval of site plans for a Meijer Supercenter, a new Wendy’s restaurant and Giavanna’s Gourmet Coffee.
The proposals, which will go before the Hermitage Board of Commissioners later this month, would advance development at Hickory Fields, the former Shenango Valley Mall property, and add a new coffee shop at the LindenPointe Innovative Business Campus.
