BOARDMAN, Ohio – Three Sheep Gallery & Workshop caters to knitters, weavers and crocheters of varying skills, says its owner, Linda Shevel.
Knitters and crocheters enjoy more high quality, natural and luxurious yarns.
“The fastest growing segment of our customers is crocheting as crocheters are discovering [that] knitting with a higher quality yarn produces higher quality crocheted pieces,” she says. “Crocheting has been elevated from the granny square – which is making a comeback – to beautifully designed garments.”
Last year Three Sheep was included in the Yarn Discovery Tour, a three-week event that drew fiber and yarn enthusiasts. In 2025, the store will lead knitting retreats as it marks its ninth year.
