Tolmiros Financial Designs saw upward trajectory in 2025 – another year of double-digit net revenue growth after a strong 2024.

With sustained momentum, the firm reinvested in its people, infrastructure and the Mahoning Valley.

Tolmiros was recognized as one of Financial Planning’s “Best Workplaces in Money Management” for 2025, an award based on workplace culture and employee experience, but not specific to financial services. It does not imply an endorsement, recommendation or reflect the performance of the adviser.

Casey Hawkins of Cortland took the new role of client and community engagement coordinator. Caitlin Ady, director of operations, earned a post-graduate certificate in leadership and management and is in pursuit of her MBA. Mason Glinn was promoted to investment research analyst after obtaining a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Tolmiros hopes to continue building momentum in 2026 as a young, credentialed and forward-thinking firm serving high net worth families and business owners, officials say.

“We have a rare mix of youth and expertise here at Tolmiros. Combined with our strategic partnerships with leading local CPAs and attorneys, [CEO] Jonathan [Lapine] and I feel we are uniquely equipped to facilitate successful wealth transfer for our clients,” says Ryan Glinn, co-founder and managing partner.

Community involvement is central to the firm’s identity, he says. Lapine is acting treasurer of PBS Western Reserve. Glinn is on the Howland Community Scholarships Foundation board, which will award its one millionth scholarship dollar this year. Glinn also lends his expertise as a certified exit planning adviser on the Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council. Tolmiros’ team members annually participate in #GiveBoldly volunteer days.

Tolmiros Financial Designs, founded in 2023, employs 10 professionals, offering fee-based wealth advisory services, emphasizing tax, estate and business succession planning. Tolmiros helps clients balance today’s pursuit of what brings them joy while preserving tomorrow’s financial legacy.
