WARREN, Ohio – Three commercial real estate transactions in Mahoning and Trumbull counties totaled more than $9 million in recent days, reflecting continued investment across the region.
An office building in Boardman Township sold for more than $2.9 million, while Loop Youngstown purchased a Mahoning Avenue property in Youngstown for $325,000 to develop an arts space. In Niles, a Canfield-based developer acquired a multitenant retail complex for $6 million.
