With more than 15 years of experience working within foundries and the broader manufacturing sector, Danch brings deep expertise in both ferrous and nonferrous casting environments. He has spent his career inside operations that demand precision, accountability and disciplined execution.

In this executive role, Danch will spearhead the company’s commercial strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and the cultivation of long-term OEM partnerships.

Throughout his career at multiple foundries, Danch has built a reputation for aligning customer requirements with operational performance. His experience spans casting process development, program management and strategic sales leadership, giving him a full spectrum understanding of what drives profitable, long-life casting programs.
