WARREN, Ohio – Trumbull Mobile Meals last year received a donation of land next to its building on East Market Street in Warren and will use the space to expand its facility.
Ground will be broken this year on the project, which will increase the size of the kitchen, and add bathrooms and a garage for its delivery vehicles.
“After gaining many new clients, we desperately need to expand our kitchen,” says Audrey Novotny, CEO.
Trumbull Mobile Meals will soon offer ways the public can support the project, including a buy-a-brick campaign, she says. Donations can also be made at TrumbullMobileMeals.org or in person at 323 E. Market St., Warren.
Delivery drivers are being sought. Those interested are invited to call Christine at 330 394 2538.
With the help of 300 volunteers, TMM serves meals to 358 clients Monday through Friday, and provides weekend meals for those who need them.
