WARREN, Ohio – Trumbull County Tourism is once again gaining recognition for its marketing skills and is vying for an award against two much larger entities.

The agency is a national finalist for the Excellence in Print Marketing Award at U.S. Travel’s prestigious ESTO Awards for destination marketing. Its 2025 Truly Trumbull Trip Ideas visitor guide is competing against Visit Ventura, Calif. and Visit St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Fla.

This is not the first time Trumbull Tourism has stood at this level. It won back-to-back ESTO Awards in 2021 and 2022, competing against destinations including Pittsburgh, Kansas City,  St. Petersburg/Clearwater and Port Aransas, Texas.

“This recognition belongs to our staff who bring this level of commitment every single day,” said Beth Kotwis Carmichael, CEO. “We compete against multimillion-dollar marketing organizations, and we keep showing up as finalists and winners. We know who we are. Turns out other people are starting to figure it out too.”

They also recognize their print partner, Great Lakes Studios, whose collaboration helps translate Trumbull Tourism’s vision into a guide worthy of national recognition.

The ESTO Awards celebrate the best in destination marketing and tourism promotion across the United States. Winners will be announced at the ESTO 2026 conference. To view the 2025 Truly Trumbull Trip Ideas guide, visit TrulyTrumbull.com.
