LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio – HD Growth Partners recently announced that Donald L. Trummer, CPA, has been promoted to partner.
Trummer serves as the director of tax advisory services at the accounting, tax and business advisory firm. In this role, he spearheads the firm’s tax advisory efforts, guiding strategy and execution for family-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses. He also works closely with his colleague, Erin Sturrus, CPA, to deliver tax planning and compliance solutions.
Trummer previously obtained more than 12 years of tax compliance and planning experience from his work at HBK, where he focused on serving the needs of small and family-run enterprises.
“Donald embraces the evolving landscape of the tax profession and is passionate about reshaping the client experience – from compliance to strategic advisory,” a news release from HD Growth Partners states. “He is particularly focused on helping business owners identify tax savings, optimize planning opportunities, and empowering younger professionals to think like advisers rather than preparers.”
Trummer, who holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kent State University, serves on the Junior Achievement of Eastern Ohio Board of Directors.
