YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley has set a new fundraising record for the fourth year in a row, bringing in more than $3.75 million during its annual campaign.

Plus, JobsOhio has awarded a $1 million grant to the Western Reserve Port Authority for the YGN Aviation Education Center, and Frank’s Café is expanding to a third location on Mahoning Avenue in Austintown.
