WARREN, Ohio – Home sales in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties rose about 7% in December from a year earlier, with 424 houses sold across the three counties.

Plus, Insight Health System plans to reapply for its license to operate Insight Hospital & Medical Center Trumbull after surrendering it under a settlement with the Ohio Department of Health.
