CANFIELD, Ohio – Vendors at the 180th Canfield Fair are highlighting the event’s long-standing traditions, from fair food and family-owned concessions to animal exhibits and local organizations.
Many vendors return year after year, carrying on businesses and routines passed down through generations.
For some, the fair is also a chance to introduce new products and connect with fairgoers, while staples such as lemon shakes, caramel apples, sausage and fresh-cooked noodles remain popular draws.
