WARREN, Ohio – A new space for intimate celebrations is opening its doors to the community.
Vintage Venue for Timeless Gatherings held a ribbon cutting Monday to unveil its cozy event space designed for baby showers, bridal showers, graduations and other small gatherings.
Owner Teresa Crew said the idea began unexpectedly when she purchased the building without a clear plan while preparing for her daughter’s wedding. With encouragement from friends, the concept for a small-event venue gradually took shape.
Over the next three years, Crew and a group of supporters – including friends, family and local helpers – worked to renovate and furnish the space. She also sourced china, glassware and décor items through auctions to give hosts the option of fully set, styled tables.
Rentals include glassware and chafing dishes, with additional décor and place settings available for an added fee.
Crew says her goal is simple: to create a welcoming place where people can gather and make lasting memories.
The ribbon cutting marks the beginning of what she calls a “new adventure” centered on meaningful, small-scale celebrations.
