Virtual Panel to Discuss EV Charging Infrastructure in Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Clean Fuels Ohio will host a virtual panel on EV charging infrastructure in the state at noon Thursday.

The panel discussion, in partnership with DriveOhio, the Electrification Coalition and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, will clarify misconceptions, highlight best practices and improve awareness and consideration of EV charging infrastructure investment.

The panel will prioritize recent developments in EV charging, including the results of last year’s NEVI funding opportunity; discuss expectations for what’s next; and examine lessons learned through last year’s submission process. There will also be a question-and-answer period.

The panel will include Preeti Choudhary, executive director of DriveOhio; Matthew Stephens-Rich, director of technical services for the Electrification Coalition; and Brian Filiatraut, energy and sustainability program manager for the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.
