AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A Canfield property development company paid $3.2 million for Walgreen’s building on Mahoning Avenue at state Route 46.
“Walgreens is still there,” said Terrill Vidale of F.W.W. Capital Group LLC of Canfield. “They’re still going to be operating in that space. We have a couple other projects going on in the Austintown area and the Valley as a whole. So I’m excited. I’m excited for Austintown. I’m excited for the growth, and I’ve got to be a part of it.”
F.W.W. – Faith Without Works – bought the building at 5501 Mahoning from Cole WG Austintown OH LLC of Phoenix. The sale is dated Tuesday.
Cole WG bought the 2002 structure from Greystone Group-Mahoning Ltd for $4.63 million in 2013, Mahoning County Auditor’s records show.
“It’s a growing market,” Vidale said of the township. “It’s a growing community and we have identified it as that’s one of the areas that we want to be in.”
