WARREN, Ohio – A Texas-based company paid $1.8 million for a Pine Avenue warehouse and a vacant lot, Trumbull County property records show.

The warehouse at 520 Pine houses AML Industries Inc. AML Realty LLC sold the building and lot for $1.8 million. The sale posted to the Trumbull County Auditor’s website July 17.

Apex Warren LLC bought the properties. The taxpayer address listed on the auditor’s website is in care of Apex Heritage Ventures of Houston.

According to its website, AML Industries is a manufacturer of AMLUBE metalforming lubricants and coatings and was established in 1989. AML provides its “proprietary AMLUBE products to customers engaged in metal forging, extrusion, piercing and other metalforming activities throughout the world,” its website says. “Our goal is to provide lubricants and coatings of the highest quality in the most cost-effective manner.”

Apex Warren registered with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office June 25 as a limited liability company in the state.
