WARREN, Ohio – The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s annual Good Morning, Warren event drew a record crowd of 260 people, highlighting economic development and population growth in the region.

Guy Coviello, Regional Chamber president and CEO, said Warren is outperforming much of Ohio in several key metrics, including population growth, declining median age and rising income levels.

Mayor Doug Franklin, delivering his 14th State of the City address, cited major initiatives such as the Kimberly-Clark investment, the West Warren Industrial Park and the downtown Peninsula Project as indicators of continued revitalization.

Both leaders emphasized the importance of intergovernmental cooperation and long-term planning in achieving these gains.
