WARREN, Ohio – Warren Toastmasters will host an educational event designed to help community members develop a more confident, powerful and reliable speaking voice.
Local vocal expert Amanda Beagle will present Unlock the Power of Your Speaking Voice, an interactive workshop, from 10-11 a.m. June 27 at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. NE.
The workshop, which is free and open to the public, will highlight the essential building blocks of effective communication, drawing directly from Be Heard: Vocal Skills for Real Life, a course offered at Beagle’s private studio, Amanda Beagle Vocal Studio.
Attendees will learn techniques to improve clarity, control and presence – whether they are speaking in a professional boardroom, facilitating group environments or navigating everyday personal conversations.
“Vocal variety, tone and projection are critical components of public speaking,” a representative from Warren Toastmasters said in a news release. “We are thrilled to bring Amanda Beagle’s expertise to our club. This workshop offers a unique opportunity for anyone looking to command a room or simply feel more assured when they speak.”
