WARREN, Ohio – WestWinn Urban Agriculture Co. is producing lettuce and herbs year-round in a 25,000-square-foot indoor aquaponics farm. The operation, launched in June 2023, uses fish waste to fertilize crops grown in water under controlled lighting and temperature conditions.
