YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Sterling Williams, owner of Sterling McCullough Williams Funeral Home and a shark in this year’s YBI Shark Tank pitch competition, has built businesses across several industries.
As a shark, Williams says he will be looking for businesses that can create jobs and advises entrepreneurs to pursue work they are passionate about.
He also believes a great business is one that can create a legacy and continue after its founder is gone.
