YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The 29th annual Window World Golf Outing raised nearly $109,000 for the Ursuline Sisters Mission and Beatitude House.

Window World of Youngstown announced results of the July 14 golf event Thursday. The money raised will help support the shared mission of the Ursuline Sisters Mission and Beatitude House of providing housing, education, health care, food and hope to underserved women and children in the Mahoning Valley.

“Through this annual golf outing, Window World has offered support to Ursuline Sisters Mission and to the vulnerable in our community,” said Sister Patricia McNicholas, donor relations director. “We are deeply appreciative and look forward to an exciting 30th anniversary golf outing next year.”

The golf outing tradition began 29 years ago, founded by Fred Moran’s daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Joe Vivacqua. Over the decades, the golf outing has grown into a signature community fundraiser, uniting local businesses, supporters and volunteers for a common cause.

“It is my honor to be able to participate in and facilitate this wonderful event and raise much needed funds for a great cause,” said Pat Moran, owner of Window World. “I want to thank our committee and volunteers for a lot of hard work in putting on this event and to all of our event sponsors and participants for making this our best year ever in 29 years.”

The golf event brought together local businesses, supporters and community members for a day of golf, giving and unity in support of the causes. The funds raised will directly impact local families in need.
