Maple Ridge Vineyard offers dry to sweet wines made from fresh, local ingredients. It is also home to the first craft brewery in Stark County, Maize Valley Beers, which opened in September 2014. The brewery features 16 beers on rotation, including ales, IPAs, porters and stouts.
