Red Horse Winery
Opened in February 2009, Red Horse Winery sits on the second highest area of Summit County. Joseph Semansky Jr. is an eighth-generation Hungarian winemaker and carries on a family tradition that dates back to the early 16th century. Growing up, he traveled to Hungary to work on his family’s vineyards during the summer when he wasn’t in school.
Wines range from dry to sweet, as well as a selection of 100% fruit wines (not blended with grapes) and dessert wines.
