YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. has acquired the former Park Inn property on Glenwood Avenue for $225,000, adding to its growing portfolio along the corridor.

Plus, the Cortland Roller Rink, in operation since 1975, has been sold to Suds Equity Inc. of Sparks, Nev., for $700,000, according to the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.

And local financial experts gathered May 19 for a Business Journal roundtable to discuss personal finance, wealth building and investment strategies.
