YNDC Invests $300K to Renovate Glenwood Avenue Fourplex
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3711 Glenwood Ave. to celebrate the completion of its renovation.
YNDC purchased the four-unit apartment building in December 2022. The total cost of purchasing and renovating the property was approximately $300,000.
“This is another step in our continued efforts along the Glenwood Avenue corridor really focused on bringing back basic quality of life, retail services and quality housing,” says Ian Beniston, executive director of YNDC.
