Youngstown CityScape Sets Golf Outing Aug. 19
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Youngstown CityScape will hold its sixth annual “Swing, Scramble & Shake” golf outing at Henry Stambaugh Golf Course Aug. 19. The outing will feature a $10,000 hole-in-one and a $2,500 putting contest sponsored by Platt Insurance of Youngstown.
Proceeds will benefit a self-guided walking tour of the greater downtown area, says Sharon M. Letson, CityScape executive director.
Registration for golf begins at 3 p.m., followed by a cookout catered by Christopher’s End Of The Tunnel at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $50 per golfer (which includes the cookout) and $25 for the cookout alone.
