YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A medical clinic and office complex near Mercy Health – St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital has sold for $4 million.
Jason and Subing Douglas, trustees, of Milford, Ohio, purchased the building and land at 1340 Belmont Ave. on March 5 from Wayo Boss LLC, according to records filed with the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office. The property was appraised at $2.04 million, according to auditor’s data.
The office building leases space to The Kidney Group Inc., Fresenius Medical Care, Mercy Health and Youngstown Neurology. It is located approximately two blocks north of the St. Elizabeth campus.
