YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Youngstown State University’s Excellence Training Center will host an Introduction to Additive Manufacturing-Fused Deposition Modeling summer course for ninth through 12th grade students.
The course will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 16-18. Students who take the course will learn to run basic FDM printers, troubleshoot errors and create CAD drawings specifically for 3D printing. They will also learn about various file types for 3D printing.
Scholarships are available for those who need financial assistance to attend.
