Burgan on Youngstown Always Bouncing Back
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – John Burgan of Burgan Real Estate says the Mahoning Valley is resilient, citing the 2008 housing crisis that caused businesses to shut down.
He believes that resiliency will continue.
