Sebastiani Trucking Building Sold for $875K
CANFIELD, Ohio – A building that once housed Sebastiani Trucking Corp. at 61 Railroad St. has been sold for $875,000, according to documents from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
Records show that 61 Railroad LLC purchased the building May 16 from Diamond Properties of Canfield LLC, which acquired the building April 26 from Angelica Sebastiani and Glen Eric Folsom.
Articles of incorporation filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office show that 61 Railroad Street LLC’s statutory agent is Rita Hoffman, who gives an address of 450 W. Main St. in Canfield. That is the same address as Converse All Steel Services Inc., a steel service center located near the Sebastiani building.
Calls to Converse All Steel Services seeking comment were not returned.
According to auditor records, the Sebastiani building was constructed in 1948 and remodeled in 1977. The auditor appraises the structure and nearly 3 acres at $212,490 for real estate tax purposes.
