#1 Cochran Partners with Project MKC for ‘World’s Largest Diaper Drive’

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – As part of a yearlong partnership, #1 Cochran has teamed up with Project MKC for the ‘World’s Largest Diaper Drive,’ which aims to collect 10,000 diapers in 10 days to support families in need.

Through May 30, diapers can be dropped off at any #1 Cochran Ohio location. Undamaged diapers in open packages are accepted, and sizes 4, 5 and 6 are the most in demand, according to a news release.

Diapers donated to Project MKC will be distributed to the organization’s 85-plus partner agencies, including social service organizations, food pantries, child care facilities and domestic abuse shelters.

“We’re excited to build on our history of working with Project MKC, and this year we aim to deepen our partnership to make a greater difference for local families in need,” said Joe Zumpella, Ohio platform marketing director at #1 Cochran. “It was incredible to find out that 1 in 2 families require assistance to afford diapers, and we really felt the need to do more.”
