$100M Development Project Proposed for Warren
WARREN, Ohio – A large-scale master plan community project including hospitality, restaurant space, public gathering space and housing is under development in the city by Dillin Corp.
Larry Dillin, president and CEO of Dillin Corp., says he expects to move forward with the project in 2024.
“We determined with the third-party experts that we used that there was already unmet demand in this community,” Dillin says. “You add in the job creation that’s coming from the work in Lordstown, it makes it even easier and, in fact, it says we probably should be larger than what we’re doing.”
