‘Meet the Employers Day’ Feb. 9 at Williamson Hall
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration is inviting employers from across Ohio and surrounding states to participate in “Meet the Employers Day” from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 9 in Williamson Hall on the YSU campus.
The event allows employers to discuss internship career opportunities with WCBA students, identify potential candidates for future employment, and network with other business professionals, YSU business faculty and staff.
“‘Meet the Employers Day’ is an excellent way for students to explore all the internship and job opportunities out there,” said Christina Costello, assistant coordinator in WCBA’s Office of Professional Practice. “We offer several professional development events every semester, but this one really opens the door for employers and students to make those professional connections that are critical in today’s job market.”
The event takes place each fall and spring semester. Companies from all business sectors participate. The event is free for employers, and lunch will be provided to business representatives. Set begins at 9:30 a.m. To sign up, employers should visit www.ysu.edu/wcba or call the WCBA Office of Professional Practice at 330-941-3660.
