17 Burgan Agents Honored for Surpassing $1M in Sales
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Ohio Realtors has honored 17 agents at Burgan Real Estate with its President’s Sales Club Award for each surpassing $1 million in sales.
Within the group, Tibitha Matheney was presented with the Award of Excellence for passing $5 million in sales, while Karen Ament, James Marzo and Valerie Park were honored with the Award of Distinction for surpassing $2.5 million in sales.
Receiving the Award of Achievement – at least $1 million in sales – are Kathy Battisti, Joan Zarlenga, John Burgan, Steve Rogers, Dacia Allen, Traci Hardy, Jullie Mills, Liz Salcedo, Amanda Hamilton, Kathy Szmaj, Mandie Dillon, Leon Turek and Rachel Thomas. Thomas also was recognized as Rookie Recipient for getting the award within two years of receiving her real estate license.
“This honor recognizes their expertise and dedication towards making a positive impact in the lives of the people they serve,” said Burgan co-owner Sue Filipovich in a release. “For our company to have the most agents receiving this award is yet another affirmation that the Better with Burgan culture and strategies we have implemented over the past 12 months is successfully empowering agents to grow their careers, achieve their goals with us and grow our company into one of the top performing brokerages in the Mahoning Valley.”
The awards, presented at the Ohio Realtors annual convention last month, mark the first time Burgan Real Estate has led in the number of agents earning the President’s Sales Club Award. In total, 78 agents in the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors were honored.
