2 Hotels in Boardman Sold for $8.4M
BOARDMAN, Ohio – A pair of Texas-based entities has purchased two hotels in the township for a combined $8.4 million, records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office show.
According to the auditor’s office, Youngstown Residence LLC and Youngstown Fairfield LLC, both based at 190 Stacy Road in Allen, Texas, purchased the Residence Inn by Marriott at 7396 Tiffany South and the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott at 7397 Tiffany South on Dec. 27.
Youngstown Residence LLC paid $5.2 million for the Residence Inn, previously owned by Supreme Bright Ohio V LLC. Youngstown Fairfield purchased the Fairfield Inn & Suites for $3.25 million, also previously owned by Supreme Bright.
No information on the buyers’ groups was available through the Ohio Secretary of State’s office.
Supreme Bright of Ohio purchased the Residence Inn for $5.53 million in November 2022 and the Fairfield Inn in December 2022 for $3.75 million. The entity also purchased the nearby Hampton Inn at 7395 Tiffany South for $3.49 million in December 2022 and sold that hotel to Boardman Hotel LLC for $2.2 million in July 2023.
