Vidale Groups Purchase 2 Properties in Canfield

CANFIELD, Ohio – Two commercial properties purchased last week for just under $2.3 million total are linked to the owner of local entertainment and real estate companies.

One property, which housed an Advance Auto Parts store at 10 Manor Hill Drive, Canfield, was purchased by FWW Capital Group LLC for $799,000.

The second property, a three-story office building on 1.7 acres on 760 Boardman Canfield Road, was purchased by LLM Capital Group LLC for $1.46 million.

Both purchasing entities are connected to Terrill Vidale, president and CEO of 2Deep Entertainment and 2Deep Estates, who said both properties were purchased as investments.

The former Advanced Auto Parts store, a 7,000-square-foot building built in 2014, will get a façade facelift and remodeling, dividing it into three available spaces. Vidale said he is speaking with multiple people about potential businesses coming to the space.

Similarly, he is working with someone interested in opportunities for the 19,548-square-foot brick office building at 760 Boardman Canfield Road, but he said he is unable to release any details at this time.

“At the end of the day, we’re trying to bring business. We’re trying to build,” Vidale said. “I live here. I believe in this area, and we want to bring businesses and grow the economy here. I’m really excited to do that.”

Vidale said there are a lot of good things coming, and he is excited about the future here.

The Manor Hill Drive auto parts location was owned by Devi Enterprises Inc., which purchased it in 2014 for $1,432,500. The Boardman Canfield Road location was purchased from K.K.S. Enterprises LLC, which had owned it since 2003 when it paid $125,000 before the building was constructed. That location, built in 2004, housed only one business, Henry Schein MicroMD, since it was constructed. MicroMD relocated to a smaller space on Tippecanoe Road after the pandemic when working remotely reduced the need for space.
