Ultium Cells Plant Update; $36,000 Donation to Abdu Center
LORDSTOWN, Ohio — Chris Allen, HR manager at Ultium Cells LLC gives an update on the plant.
“We’re on schedule to start regular production third quarter of 2022,” Allen says.
Ultium Cells LLC, Barton Mallow, and contract workers raised over $36,000 to donate to the Joanie Abdu Breast Care Center in Youngstown.
“I was going to be thrilled with $20,000 and we’re over $36,000 and to me that’s just mind-boggling,” says Shirley Stoffick with operating engineers local 66.
