4th Annual Groundhog Beerfest Preview
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The Rotary Club of Youngstown will host the 4th annual Groundhog Beerfest on Jan. 29 at Stambaugh Auditorium.
Since 2019, the event has allowed the Rotary Club of Youngstown to distribute over $43,000 in grants to the local community.
“The beerfest was conceived as a way to get the public involved in our fundraising and having a fun event for people to sample local brews,” says Kevin Chiu, co-chairman of the 4th annual groundhog beerfest committee.
There will be two session from 1 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m, with an hour-long VIP tasting before each session. Patrons may sample a number of IPAs, stouts, porters and other varieties of beer from regional brewers.
