YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — A total 6,165 businesses in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties, and another 2,399 in Mercer and Lawrence counties in Pennsylvania received a combined $1.06B-plus in Paycheck Protection Program Loans in the five-county region.
