5500 Building in Boardman Sold for $1.1M
BOARDMAN, Ohio — The 5500 Building, an office building at 5500 Market St., was sold last week for $1.1 million.
5500 Market Street LLC closed on the sale Dec. 28, according to documents from the Mahoning County Auditor. The previous owner, Jay P LLC, purchased the property for $875,000 on April 5, 2018.
The sale was facilitated by Gary Lasko, an agent with Platz Realty Group. According to the brochure for the property, there are two available office units at 1,000 and 2,000 square feet. Features include new LED lighting, ceiling, carpet and paint.
Current tenants include the Youngstown Gymnastics and Fitness Center Inc., Youngstown Physical Therapists Inc., Shattuck Financial Services, an attorney and a number counseling services.
5500 Market Street LLC was incorporated in November 2021, according to the Ohio Secretary of State website.
