7 17 Credit Union Launches Financial Education Blog

WARREN, Ohio – 7 17 Credit Union launches Financial Fundamentals, a financial education blog, which offers helpful tips, articles and ideas crafted to help members confidently and successfully navigate their financial future.

The blog covers topics such as budgeting advice, financial planning for life events, scam alerts, credit union news and information from KOFE (Knowledge of Financial Education), a partner of 7 17 in providing free financial education tools.

Featuring the same design as 717cu.com, the blog can be navigated by topic or date, and a search function allows users to easily locate a specific article.

“We are, and have been since our founding, committed to helping our members and the community meet their financial goals, and this is another tool to help them succeed in doing so,” said Eric Lanham, senior vice president of marketing. “We are excited to offer this new avenue of delivering financial news and information to our members. It’s one more way to assist them in their financial lives if they aren’t able to make it to a branch to discuss their needs in person.”
