717 Credit Union Among Best Workplaces in Northeastern Ohio

WARREN, Ohio – For the third consecutive year, 717 Credit Union has been recognized as one of 99 great Ohio workplaces for top talent.

The credit union was named a 2024 NorthCoast 99 award winner by the Employers Resource Council, which chooses 99 northeastern Ohio organizations that build and maintain exceptional workplaces through policies, practices and benefits that attract and retain top-performing talent.

The credit union was one of only 17 financial institutions in the state that earned the national recognition.

NorthCoast 99 covers a 22-county region of northeastern Ohio, and winners participated in a rigorous application process and were ranked on how they address top-performer attraction, development and retention in the areas of organizational strategy, policies and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Forbes also recently named 717 to its list of America’s Best Credit Unions in Each State for the third consecutive year and ranked it as the No. 1 credit union in Ohio.
