717 Credit Union Promotes 3, Hires Grdic

WARREN, Ohio – 717 Credit Union this week announced the promotions of three employees and the hiring of veteran banker Jeffrey Grdic as a mortgage loan consultant for the Portage County area.

Kait Hertzer has been named manager of the credit union’s new branch in downtown Warren. Hertzer earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and has been with 717 for six years. In her new position, she will oversee member service, while maintaining daily operations of the branch.

Laura Hall has been named video services department manager and has been with 717 for five years. In Hall will direct the daily operations of the video services department and video service representatives to ensure delivery of consistent, exceptional video service to each member.

Amy Suslovic has been named retail development manager and has been with 717 for 10 years. In her new position, Suslovic will be responsible for ensuring the streamlined operation of the member experience outreach department.

Sara Joseph has been promoted to assistant manager of the Larchmont branch. Joseph earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and has been with 717 for four years. She will assist the branch manager in overseeing member service and maintaining daily operations of the branch.

Grdic recently joined 717 Credit Union as a mortgage loan consultant. Grdic earned a bachelor of arts degree from Kent State University and a juris doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve. Grdic will be responsible for working with home buyers in Portage County to find mortgage solutions that fit their needs.
