898 Creates Identity for Wealth Management Firm

CANFIELD, Ohio – 898 Marketing recently launched a new brand identity as part of a  partnership with Vertex Planning Partners, the companies announced Wednesday.

Vertex has offices in the Chicago suburbs of Elmhurst and Downers Grove, Ill., and manages more than $400 million in assets. Canfield-based 898 created Vertex’s brand strategy, the company’s name and logo, a website, print materials and a private web portal for clients.

“It is rare to work with a new company that immediately launches as one of the biggest players in their vertical,” said 898 founder and President Jeff Rynzar in a statement. “To have an opportunity and a responsibility to create a brand and strategy that compliments their status was exciting and an honor.”

Vertex officially opened in June with the launch of its website, Ryznar said. As part of the partnership,  898 will act as Vertex’s marketing department.
