898 Marketing Adds Abrigg to Creative Design Team

CANFIELD, Ohio — 898 Marketing this week announced the addition of Madeleine Abrigg to its creative design team.

Abrigg initially joined 898 as an intern during the spring semester, working with a variety of clients for design development and content creation. Upon graduating from the University of Mount Union this spring with a B.F.A. in graphic design and studio art, she joined the agency full-time.

“Since the first day Madeleine started with 898 Marketing, she clearly demonstrated a high level of creativity and skill with design, but also a selfless and bright personality that matched our company culture,” says Jeff Ryznar, owner of 898 Marketing.

At Mount Union, Abrigg was vice president of the Art Club, worked in the marketing office, helped the Purple Raiders football team as a graphic designer, and taught yoga and meditation classes on campus. She is a registered yoga instructor and currently teaches at the Train Station Fitness gym.

Abrigg also hosts a yearly art and meditation workshop at St. Christine Parish for students preparing for the sacrament of confirmation.

At 898 Marketing, Abrigg has played an integral role in helping to launch Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group and growing engagement on social media for Peak I.T., Valley Office Solutions and Thompson Heating and Cooling.

“Working for 898 Marketing has given me the ability to grow as a graphic designer but, more importantly, grow as a person,” she says. “I’m excited to join the team full-time.“
