898 Marketing Named to Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies

CANFIELD, Ohio – 898 Marketing is ranked No. 1,031 on the 2022 Inc. 5000 list, a prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

The Inc. 5000 list ranks percentage growth from 2018 to 2021 among independent businesses. The minimum revenue required for the list is $100,000 in 2018; and $2 million in 2021.

“While it’s humbling to receive a recognition of this magnitude, it’s a credit to our team for their hard work, dedication and excellent performance, and to our clients for trusting us to serve them by telling their stories to grow their businesses,” said Jeff Ryznar, president of 898 Marketing, in announcing the ranking. “More importantly, we’re just as proud of what this award means for the Mahoning Valley. It shows how businesses and people can grow and thrive professionally, competing with the best of companies all around the country.”

898 Marketing’s ranking is tops in the Youngstown market, 18th in Ohio, and 78th among all advertising/marketing companies in the country.

“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”

Ryznar credits the growth to his company culture, its digital marketing and programmatic advertising expertise, award-winning video production and accountable strategies that deliver upon goals and objectives. 898’s client roster includes international, national, regional and local companies such as the United States Football League, The Giving Back Fund, Core Home Fitness, Greenwood Chevrolet, The Hall of Fame Village in Canton, Aim Transportation Solutions and Burgan Real Estate.

The marketing agency employs 23.

“The collective talents and creativity of our team enable us to perform virtually all of our own work in-house, from video production to branding, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, website programming and design, graphic design, copywriting and content marketing,” Ryznar says. “They are a group of committed individuals who want to deliver the best for themselves, our clients and the community we proudly serve and represent with this recognition.”
