910th Returns to the Skies This Morning for Flyover Salutes
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The C-130Hs of the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown Air Reserve Station will fly over medical sites across northeastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania again today as a salute to health-care workers.
Starting at UPMC Hamot Primary in Erie, Pa., two of the aircraft will proceed to pass by seven sites in the Cleveland area: the Cleveland VA Hospital; University Hospital Ahuja Medical Center – Beachwood; University Hospital Cleveland Main Campus; Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital; Cleveland Clinic Main Campus; Metro Health – Cleveland and Fairview Hospital – Cleveland.
Among other stops will be Akron Children’s Hospital and Cleveland Clinic Akron General in Akron and Mercy Medical Center in Canton.
The “Hercs over America” salute will end with a flyover at Mahoning Valley sites: St. Joseph Warren Hospital, St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital and St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.
The flyovers should be visible from homes, as well as on media broadcasts and the 910th’s social media platforms.
