PNC Declares $1.15 Dividend on Common Stock
PITTSBURGH – PNC Financial Services Group has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.15 per share.
The dividend will be payable Feb. 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 19.
The board of directors also declared a 45-cent quarterly dividend for Series B stock payable March 10 to shareholders as of Feb. 12 and a $1,531.25 quarterly divided for Series P shareholders – $0.3828125 per depositary share – payable Feb. 1 to shareholders as of Jan. 19.
A semiannual dividend of $3,375 for Series O stock – $33.75 per depositary share – will be payable Feb. 1 to shareholders of record Jan. 19.
